Biography: 
Elizabeth is the talent development and communication platform strategy leader for Omnicom Group's global network, DAS Group of Companies. She is charged with creating online and offline collaborative communications platforms for best practices and idea sharing to leverage assets. Elizabeth is the point person for all global talent initiatives and services across Omnicom including a residency program for ex-Special Forces Veterans, learning and development, internship programs, and employee engagement surveys, reporting and action plans. She has developed and managed digital tools and is the strategic lead for Omnicom’s global intranet: LINK!/OmnicomLink.
 
Prior experience includes a full time volunteer position with Covenant House, Communications and Development leadership for the non-profit both in New York and Washington, DC. 
 
Elizabeth recently accepted the challenge of opening Omnicom’s fledgling agency, “we are unlimited” as the Acting Chief People Officer.  Charged with setting up the agency for success, she was instrumental in creating talent programs and processes, driving operational excellence, proving client management structures and advising the senior management team.
