As CEO of Javelin Marketing Group, a customer marketing agency driven by leading edge analytics, Pam believes strongly in what Forrester calls “the age of the customer.” 

She loves that Javelin leverages the art of analytics with the science of insights telling powerful stories to prospects and customers for AT&T, Hyatt, GE, Proactiv, Citi, and others.

Prior to Javelin, Pam was CEO for two global agencies; FCBi Worldwide, overseeing operations in 37 countries — and MRM Partners Worldwide.

Pam has been recognized as one of Ad Age’s “Global Power 100,” and one of their “25 Women Leaders of the Advertising Industry.” Pam received the Emerson Lifetime Achievement  Award, honoring the best in direct and interactive marketing globally.  She serves on the Executive Committee of the WVU Foundation Board of Directors and is a member of the Marketing EDGE Chair’s Advisory Council.
