Jeff Nesler is Senior Program / Web Manager at MARKETING EDGE. Since late 2000, Jeff has developed, marketed and provided logistical support for Marketing EDGE student and professor programs.
He manages our websites ( and, email (E | Update and other communications) and social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube); manages news releases, and edits much of our written content in all channels. On the student side, he manages the administration and judging of our Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge working with leading national brands such as Facebook, DIRECTV, Domino’s Pizza, SkyMall, and for 2016-2017, Collette, an international guided travel company. He is the go-to manager for our professors’ programs such as Marketing EDGE Summit and Professors’ Academy; and provides logistical support for other programs such as the Professor’s Institute.
Earlier at Marketing EDGE he managed, marketed and acquired donations for our annual online auction; created and produced Marketing EDGE’s Annual Reports and other corporate communications; and assisted in the selection process of scholarship and fellowship recipients and applications to student programs such as (what then was known as) our Collegiate Institutes.
Before Marketing EDGE, Jeff worked for six years in the conference and special interest council areas of Direct Marketing Association. Prior to that he was a freelance journalist. He is a graduate of Syracuse University with a BS in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in French. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys family and friends, sci-fi movies, meditation, art museums, and training at the gym.
