Brian T. Ratchford, the Charles and Nancy Davidson Professor of Marketing at the University of Texas at Dallas, has been named editor-designate of Marketing EDGE’s Journal of Interactive Marketing® (JIM). He will begin his role as editor on January 1, 2015.

A recently published academic Journal of Interactive Marketing® article provides details on how to construct a social media dashboard for marketing, offering a context and framework for this process: “Social Media Metrics – A Framework & Guidelines for Managing Social Media” (Journal of Interactive Marketing®, Vol. 27, Issue 4, November 2013).
