- About Us
Marketing EDGE is always looking for ways to help you further your students’ interest in marketing. We also want to help provide you with the materials you need to improve the classroom experience and encourage careers in the field of marketing direct.
From our Collegiate ECHO, to internships, and Student Career Forums, Marketing EDGE has countless ways for your students to learn about the industry and for you to help them find their place in marketing.
A student experience unlike any other, the Collegiate ECHO Marketing Challenge – sponsored in 2015-2017 by Facebook – offers students the chance to create a marketing plan for an existing business. Corporations choosing to sponsor Collegiate ECHO use these plans for ideas and inspiration. While creating their plans, students are advised and mentored by professors from business, marketing, advertising, and communications departments. In addition to building their portfolios, students gain valuable one-on-one interaction with prospective future employers and field leaders.

Students gain a powerful combination of marketing insight and career advice during the Marketing EDGE Collegiate Summit, where they explore the ways that companies and brands use technology and digital, data-driven strategies to reach and engage consumers. Through workshops, panel discussions, and networking events, they have an opportunity to connect one-on-one with peers as well as academic and marketing trendsetters.
Your students can get an EDGE on the competition with our job listings, career resources, career advice, articles and interviews about the career paths of marketing leaders – among other information – in the Marketing EDGE Jobs and Career Resources sections of this website. Job seekers can post their resumes for employer browsing, browse jobs and apply for internships and entry level jobs at marketingedgejobs.org.
