Responsibilities: 

<p>
The Business Development Associate is responsible for sourcing and origination of prospective client leads using internet resources and networking; building a sales pipeline through prospecting and direct sales; project management of research projects and deliverables; sales strategy and market positioning; marketing collateral development.</p>

Qualifications: 

<p>
Required background, experience and attributes include demonstrated success in direct sales and sales acumen; microsoft office and internet research; excellent written and verbal skills; attention to detail, high-level problem solving; great energy level. Knowledge of financial services, asset management, personnel and recruiting preferred. <em>Requirements are flexible for intern candidates.</em></p>
