James "Jimmy" Peltier,

Dr. James (Jimmy) Peltier is Chair of the Department of Marketing, the Arno Kleimenhagen Professor of Sales and Marketing, and Director of the Institute for Sales Excellence at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He earned his PH.D. in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jimmy co-founded of the International Journal of Integrated Marketing Communications, is Associate editor of the Journal of Marketing Education, and has served or is serving as Special Issue Editors for Journal of Research and Interactive Marketing; Journal of Marketing Education; Journal of Advancement of Marketing Education; Journal of Advertising Education; and Journal of Consumer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction & Complaining Behavior.
His research has published in a multitude of journals including the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Journal of Interactive Marketing, European Journal of Marketing, Journal of Advertising Research, International Journal of Advertising, Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Database Marketing & Customer Strategy Management, International Small Business Journal, Journal of Consumer Affairs, Journal of Marketing Education, American Journal of Transplantation, Progress in Transplantation, Critical Care Medicine, Journal of Customer Satisfaction, Dissatisfaction & Complaining Behavior, Marketing Management Journal, Journal of Financial Services Marketing, among others.
Peltier Received the Robert B. Clarke Outstanding Educator Award from Marketing EDGE (formerly DMEF) in 2001 and the American Marketing Association Collegiate Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. Jimmy is the President of the AMA Collegiate Chapters Council, and is VP/President-elect of the University Sales Center Alliance.
