Could you give a brief description of your current job and responsibilities?

My current position is Account Supervisor at Kirshenbaum, Bond, Senecal and partners (KBS+) on the BMW account. My current role and responsibilities include managing integrated campaigns for all new BMW product launches, encompassing digital, traditional, social and mobile elements. I manage 360 degree campaigns on the national level.

How has your experience in NextGen helped you in your current position?

My experience in NextGen has helped me in my current position by enabling me to adapt quickly to different situations and environments. By going though a rotation and having to learn the ropes quickly, it has helped me deftly identify scenarios in my current job and learn how to deal with ever-evolving scenarios.

What kind of connections have you made through your involvement wiht NextGen?

I made a lot of connections through my involvement with NextGen, not only the other associates, but other contacts in the industry that I met through various conventions and functions.


What advice would you give to someone considering participation in NextGen?

My advice to someone considering participation in NextGen would be to absolutely apply and have no hesitations, as so many people would be lucky to have the opportunity to test out various facets of marketing without making a commitment to one. This is the best way to explore all sides of the industry and seeing which one is the right fit for you.

One word to describe my NextGen experience would be career-forward.
