Anita Man Luo, University of Connecticut, was the first winner of the prestigious Shankar Spiegel Dissertation Proposal award, for her dissertation titled “Assessing the Short and Long Term Effects of Direct and Interactive Marketing in a B2B Market.” 

Advisors for this proposal were Dr. V. Kumar, Distinguished Chair Professor of Marketing;  Richard Lenny, Director, Center for Excellence in Brand & Customer Management and Susan Lenny, Executive, and the Director of the Ph.D. Program in Marketing at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia State University.

Dr. Luo is currently Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing at Georgia State University.
