Andrea Zaretsky is currently SVP, Loyalty & CRM, at Sephora. Prior to this role, Andrea was Vice President and Head of Customer Marketing at American Express. During her tenure at Amex, she held a variety of leadership positions across Marketing, CRM, Loyalty, Digital, and Partnerships. She has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Tufts University. Andrea lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with her husband and two children and is a passionate volunteer for special needs causes.
