Dawn Morris is Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer at Webster Bank.
Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Head of Segment Management at RBS Citizens Financial Group. In this role she led the Segments team in providing oversight, strategy and management for our customer segment efforts in Consumer Banking. Prior to this, she was the Director of Product and Segment Marketing with responsibility for the marketing performance of all Consumer and Business Banking products as well as building out a new segment marketing team focused on key customer segments. Dawn joined RBSCFG in 2010 as the Director of Business Banking for Product Management.
Dawn has a wealth of experience in sales and performance management, customer integration and segmentation and internal and external client and colleague relationship management. She is a strategic leader who has a strong track record of integrating customer focused products that are supported by the field, with marketing initiatives that generate customer centric dialogue. Her passion for the customer and leadership skills help drive results and bring extraordinary value to clients.
Prior to joining RBSCFG, Dawn was at RBC Bank where she held a number of leadership positions, both in the sales force and in the head office, throughout her seven year tenure with the company. More recently, as Head of Retail and Small business client Strategy, Dawn had direct P&L responsibilities and achieved 100% growth for four consecutive years for a key client segment. Prior to her banking career, Dawn’s leadership skills were honed as a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and as an Officer in the US Army.
Dawn is a twenty year member of the Junior League and is on the Board of Directors for the Girls Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. She is also a mentor at RBSCFG, supporting the development of four talented colleagues. She resides in Dedham, MA with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Hank.
