<strong><u>Overview of the Role</u></strong></p>

We are looking for an <strong>Analytics Engineer </strong>to join our team! You will work closely with our Senior Business Analyst to manage data and convert that data into actionable insights for multiple clients at any given time. We need someone who is also comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to clients at various levels, from marketing managers to top executives.   </p>

Responsibilities: 

<ul>
<li>
Create advanced custom reports in Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools for clients</li>
<li>
Work in reporting tools to refine and better visualize data and insights</li>
<li>
Prepare professional reports and/or dashboards containing data tables, charts, graphs, and executive summaries</li>
<li>
Formulate and communicate optimization ideas with clients</li>
<li>
Investigate data anomalies, including when they started/ended, their cause, their impact, etc.</li>
<li>
Provide data tagging recommendations/strategies for websites</li>
<li>
Attend internal project-related meetings as needed</li>
</ul>

Qualifications: 

<ul>
<li>
Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, mathematics, statistics, or related field</li>
<li>
Minimum of two years-experience preferred (from work, school, internships, etc.) in each of the following tools and/or concepts:
<ul style="list-style-type:circle;">
<li>
Data and analytics visualization tools and languages, such as:  Tableau, D3, Good Data, R / R Studio, SAS, etc.</li>
<li>
Website data and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics 360</li>
<li>
Website personalization</li>
<li>
Attribution modeling, including the integration and impact of offline channels to online channels</li>
<li>
Predictive data modeling</li>
<li>
Website A/B and Multivariate testing</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>
Able to manage vast amounts of data across various systems to gather insights for optimization opportunities</li>
<li>
Be methodical, organized, extremely detail-oriented and willing to take the time needed to ensure data accuracy</li>
<li>
Must be authorized to work in the United States</li>
<li>
Very strong communication skills (English), both written and oral</li>
