Manager, Omnichannel Capabilities


Andrea Steele, Unilever’s Omnichannel Capabilities Manager, develops digital and e-commerce strategies across Unilever’s portfolio of brands and builds capabilities to achieve the company’s objectives. She is one of three Unilever employees selected to participate in the Cosmetics and Fragrance Masters in Marketing and Management program at Fashion Institute of Technology – State University of New York, Class of 2016.

Previously, Andrea was a strategic marketing consultant at L2 Inc. and Goodman&Company.

Andrea knows Marketing EDGE and its programs well. She was an Associate in the inaugural year of Marketing EDGE’s Next Generation Leaders program. After graduating, she gave back to Marketing EDGE by joining its Board of Trustees as its youngest member ever, mentoring students, participating in the internship program, and speaking at Career Forums. In 2010, Andrea was invited to join the strategic planning committee to develop the organization’s three-year strategic plan. Additionally, she spearheaded the development of Marketing EDGE’s social media strategy.

Across the field, Andrea’s impact can also be found through her speaking engagements and media placements with titles such as Content Ping, Internet Retailer, and The New York Times.

Andrea holds a bachelor’s degree in American Studies from Columbia University.
