Senior Director of Digital Marketing


In her role at Comcast, Becky Wald Thomas oversees a team that develops targeted and personalized customer journeys beginning in digital media and persisting throughout the e-Commerce and customer experiences.

In the past year, Becky led the digital launch for Comcast’s recent NETFLIX integration on the X1 platform — and managed digital brand campaigns such as those during the Olympics — along with end-to-end digital segment customer journeys, digital multi-touch attribution analysis. Becky spearheaded a collaborative digital marketing effort across Comcast-NBCUniversal to connect the digital groups across the complete portfolio of companies such as NBCUniversal Sports, Orlando Parks, Studios; Fandango; GolfNow and Telemundo. Becky also collaborated with Comcast’s Customer Experience, Marketing and Product teams to develop a strategic plan that helped the company achieve a 50-percent “Digital-First” adoption goal across the company’s employee base, representing a significant increase in the adoption of newly-released functionalities to support this initiative.

Prior to joining Comcast in 2014, Becky worked as a management strategy consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, focused on marketing and sales strategies for consumer goods and media companies. Becky started her career at American Express, where she worked across the small business card division (OPEN) and the consumer card services group in direct marketing and digital acquisition roles.

Becky actively participates in the Young Professionals Network at Comcast and has engaged as a speaker to educate others about the digital transformation underway at Comcast and in the marketplace. She is a member of the LEADERSHIP Philadelphia Class of 2017 and mentors analyst and manager-level colleagues across the company.

Becky holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School and a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
